Talk with Aish

Think out loud – and hear yourself

Some thoughts only become clear once you say them out loud. Aish listens, answers with her voice, and asks the kind of questions a good friend would – so you notice what really matters to you.

A conversation, not a form

Journals and mood trackers ask you to fill in fields. Aish simply asks how you are and listens. You talk the way you would to a friend over coffee: jumping between topics, going back, getting lost – that is fine. Aish keeps the thread and gently brings you back to what seemed important.

Questions that open things up

Aish does not lecture or give ready-made answers. She asks: what did it feel like, what were you thinking about at that moment, what would you like to happen. These questions help you look at a situation from the side and notice things that were hard to see from inside.

Then see it

At the end of the conversation Aish can turn what you said into a picture, a comic, or a short video. Seeing your story as an image is a different way to understand it – and something to come back to later.

Your words stay yours

Voice recordings are kept only as long as the conversation needs them and are then deleted automatically. Conversations and results live in your journal inside the app until you delete them. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
